Our account manager and product manager can work with your forecast to incorporate with our production plan and meet your product delivery schedule.

Our material management system will analyze your forecast, your pending purchase orders, our raw materials on hand, work in process, finished goods, incoming materials, and our production capacity to meet your delivery schedule.

We will inform you of any long lead time item, shortage item, and phasing out item to ensure the continuity of your project.

We can also incorporate with material supplied by you as part of the bill of material for finished products and keep at our inventory.

We inspect each component received and label with date and purchase order number on the components for traceability.  We have a strict and extensive ESD (Electrostatic discharge) program for handling electronic components.  All inventories are using FIFO (first in first out) system, and all non-conformance items are clearly separated with labeling.

We can do barcode labeling per your project requirements for the order number, item number, serial number, date code, and any other information for the convenience of your material management.

We can also be your warehouse to manage your finished goods inventory and do drop shipments to your customers to save your operational overhead, the shipping time, and the shipping cost.
