Micro 1 Technology has an Internal ISO Auditing program. Internal Auditors are trained on internal auditing the principles & practices of Quality Management Systems with ISO 9000 family. The Internal Auditors continually audits the QMS (Quality Management System) in compliance with ISO for continual improvement of Micro 1 Technology.
Micro 1 Technology assures all personnel receive appropriate procedures and training materials required for the implementation of the company quality policies, procedures, and work instructions. We correct any non-conformances through corrective action and preventive action procedures, and we also have strict product revision control through Engineering Change Order process to ensure product accuracy.
Our policy states that all personnel within the Micro 1 Technology are committed to ensure that the quality of our products and services will meet and exceed our customers’ quality requirements. With top management’s commitment, Micro 1 Technology continually improves and audits on quality system with feedback through customers and all personnel to exceed customer’s expectations.
A QAR (Quality Assurance Representative) is associated with the QA department and not with production, who will do analysis and report regarding VQA (Vendor Quality Assurance), IQA (Incoming Quality Assurance), OQA (Overall Quality Assurance), RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), NCR (Non-conformance Report), and PACAR (Preventive-Audit-Corrective Action Request). With the ongoing analysis and report, Quality Assurance department constantly monitors the quality data to detect any trend for improving overall quality.
Micro 1 Technology has a strict and extensive ESD (Electrostatic discharge) program, including ESD facilities, ESD personnel training, and ESD guidelines to prevent any ESD damage to electronic components in our products. ESD is electrostatic discharge when two surfaces in contact then separated. An electrostatic discharge, which generates 100 volts or less, can damage components and cause latent defect, which means the component can pass the QC inspection buth the component life span will be shortened.
